Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy; this means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a ‘Returns Number’. Products returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to return the goods to us, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will review and try to resolve any issues fairly and without undue delay.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned. These include hazardous materials such as solvent weld cement and cleaner. For further details please contact us at email@example.com.
If an incorrect size or product has been ordered then we will be pleased to undertake an exchange. You’re welcome to return an item for exchange although be aware that the process is likely to take several days. The quickest way to exchange is to purchase the new product and then return the original product for a refund.
We do not charge re-stocking fees so, subject to the conditions above, we will provide a full refund of the product price. Postal charges will not be refunded unless the product received is different to the product ordered.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Whilst we endeavour to make prompt refunds, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and get the payment into your account.
